Something about a nose...

For those of you that like to hear what Taylor is talking about you'll love this...

Taylor loves to play Wee praise.  He gets on "stage" (aka the fireplace) and pretends to be Ms. Marla from church.  He then proceeds to sing all the songs they do during kid's church and more recently he has been acting out a skit with "Sammy" the puppet too.

Today he was just singing away and I thought he had made up a song about a hamburger.  Well it wasn't a "burger" he was singing about, it was a "booger."  Apparently he had made up a song about all the congestion we've had lately.  He even had a verse about the "green thing that hurts" also known as an aspirator that I've had to use on Lilly to clean out her nose.

After the song he performed a skit with "Sammy."  The puppet stays at church so it's more like he's performing with an imaginary friend.  He was asking the audience (me and Lilly) questions and we had to answer with a word.  I just said something like "Thank You" and he said "that's correck...you say thank you when you get a present."  Then I went with a tricky word..."mangwanani" (this is a word we learned in Zimbabwe).  Taylor said "that's correck...mangwanani is for good morning."  Which was exactly right.

So now as I'm trying to blog Taylor is set up right next to me at the desk with his toy computer.  He wanted to know who I was sending my email to.  :)

I can't wait to see how the Lord uses Taylor's gifts for His glory! The next great Christian playwright? Actually, since I don't know of any Christian playwrights, perhaps he is to be the first! Happy New Year to you all!
