One Year Old!

Lilly has made it to 1 year!  It was a rough start but everything seems to be great with her now.  She's into everything especially Taylor's toys that have tiny pieces!  She is finally getting the top two front teeth.  Hopefully by the end of the month she will have 4 full teeth.  She walks pretty good and even runs.  It's funny to watch her run when she knows she is about to get in trouble.

We celebrated her birthday with a party last Sunday after church.  Her actually birthday was on Wednesday but with that being in the middle of the week we chose a weekend.  We had to squeeze the party in between Wes getting back from Malawi and going to Disney World.  

Lilly's cake was from Publix and the napkins and plates were ordered online.  I guess the theme was 'stars' and 1st Birthday.  Not too creative but fun.  We had grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.   At first Lilly was very careful with her cake, but once she got a taste of it she made a mess digging in.  Here are some fun photos.
