8 Months of Lilly

Lilly is now 8 months old! Hard to believe. She likes to babble, but not really talking yet. She always laughs hysterically at her brother. She is almost crawling...maybe. She can get on all 4, but doesn't go anywhere except maybe backwards and down onto her tummy. Then she just cries. She loves to stand and if we prop her up on a walking toy she wants to take off, but we have to be there to catch her immediately.

She is growing fast now. She almost skipped the 9 month clothes. We have several that are almost too small depending on how they are made or if they were already washed several times (hand-me-downs). 

Still waiting on teeth.  I know there's going to be an explosion in her mouth one day.  She chews on everything.  It definitely hasn't stopped her from eating.  She loves to eat!  She hardly knows when to stop unless she just doesn't like it. Then she gags and closes her mouth and turns her nose up (literally).

Trying to figure this fish in water toy out.  I was hoping she would like it and spend more time on her tummy.  It usually lasts about 5 minutes.
Taylor wanted to help feed her the other day.  She doesn't care who's holding the spoon as long as it makes it to her mouth.
This is what she thinks of blackberries.  I put some in her mesh feeder and she went to town on those!  I had a mess to clean up later.
