19 months of Lilly

I have not been good about keeping up on Lilly's progress. She will be 19 months tomorrow! She loves to talk. We don't always know what she is saying but she just keeps on babbling. She has a pretty big vocabulary in sign language but is now sounding out some of her favorite words she signs. We hear a lot about birds and fish (or "ish" as Lilly calls them). She signs both of those but at the same time makes an effort on the verbal word. She calls sheep "baa", cats "meow" etc... Mama, daddy and bubba are the most recognizable words along with baby, bye-bye and hey.

Lilly is way more of a girly girl than I am. She likes all kinds of jewelry, shoes, and makeup. But she also likes to make vroom vroom noises for cars and motorcycles. Guess that's what happens when you have a big brother.

Speaking of Taylor...he is officially registered for Kindergarten now. We went to his school for orientation and got to walk around. He's ready to go now but I had to remind him he still has to finish K4 first. He just loves school. However he's also into sports these days. I find him watching ESPN more than the Disney Channel now. That's kind of weird. He plays his second T-Ball game this weekend so we'll be talking about baseball for awhile.

Here's a few pictures from the last few months. Easter, T-ball and around the house.

Taylor wasn't sure where the egg was hidden. Can you find it?
Lilly in her pretty smocked dress. Her great-grandmother Mama Ann made it for her.
The picture I tried taking before church. Notice Lilly's girly accessories. I like the orange silly-bandz bracelot.
Taylor's first T-ball game. He really enjoys playing on a team.

The picture of Lilly with the basket reminds me of Will! It's the first time I've even thought that!
