This is Lilly the day after she was born. We had a fashion shoot and dressed her up. We had no idea what the next day would hold.
Here is Lilly in the RNICU at UAB. She's the one stylin under the lights. She couldn't be held while under those lights for 3 days!
This is Lilly the moment they took her down the hall for her surgery. This is her one week old picture. That was the last picture I took that day. I don't want to remember what she looked like on all that pain medicine and anesthesia.
Here is Lilly all dressed up to go home! We really tried not to take any pictures of all the wires and monitors she was attached too. Her going home dress was the same one I wore home from the hospital 31 years ago. Her little bracelet was one my mom had as a child and her blanket was all her own made by my great aunt who shares her middle name.
This is Lilly chillin with her dad at home!

So cute! I'm so glad you are all home and can now enjoy that sweet little girl.
Congrats on being home, I know you are much happier and at peace now. Good luck with your new bundle... I know she is going to be loved by all who come in contact with her!
